To check the issue we might need to review setting and connection protocol data from your phone.

Please follow recommendations to setup WiFi connection and send resulting troubleshooting data from your phone:

Please ignore indicator color, as it may be different for various adapters.

Thanks!

I HAVE A WIFI ADAPTER AND WHEN I TRIED THE FREE VERSION IT CONNECTED GREAT AND QUICK.  THEN I PAID FOR THE UPGRADE AND CAN'T CONNECT ANYMORE

Pro version does not change anything in connection with adapter. It’ is THE SAME.

Possible issues only with connection settings or conditions.

PLEASE use in-app option to send app connection data to our support. please repeat issue description in the letter with data. We will check and and help you to set it work.

Thanks.

Phone connects to adapter. But the app is failing to connect. The app goes through all the different ‘Init’ functions, attempts to connect 3+ times and then fails. Each time an ‘init’ function is read, the OBD2 scanner is flashing across all LEDs. Why is this?
